PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR VISIT

At Soccer Glow Kingdom, our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

By booking or entering our facility, all guests agree to follow these rules and our staff's instructions.

🚨 GENERAL FACILITY RULES

👟 FOOTWEAR

  • NO CLEATS OR STUDS are permitted.

  • NO WET SHOES are permitted inside the facility.

  • During snow or rain, please ensure footwear is clean and dry before entering.

  • Please bring additional shoes if needed.

  • Children participating in activities must wear appropriate running shoes.

🚭 SMOKING

  • NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere inside the facility.

⚽ FIELD & EQUIPMENT

  • No eating or drinking on the soccer field.

  • No eating or drinking on the soccer pool table.

  • No shoes on the soccer pool table.

  • Do not enter the holes or openings of the soccer pool table.

  • No ball playing in the Gaming Lounge or Party Room.

  • Please treat all facility equipment, furniture, and decorations with care.

🍬 FOOD & DRINK

  • Outside food is not permitted for rentals.

  • No gum is permitted on the soccer field.

  • Food and drinks must remain in designated areas.

  • Food vending machines/vendors are not permitted, including cotton candy, snow cones, popcorn, etc.

👥 RESPECT & CONDUCT

We want Soccer Glow Kingdom to be a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

🚫 NO FIGHTING

Fighting will not be tolerated.

Any guest involved in fighting may be removed from the facility and banned from future visits or bookings.

🚫 NO BULLYING

Bullying, intimidation, harassment, or aggressive behaviour toward other guests will not be tolerated.

⚽ RENTAL RULES

For all turf and activity rentals:

  • A maximum of 15 guests are included in the standard rental price.

  • Additional guests may incur additional charges, depending on the rental.

  • Payment must be completed before the rental.

  • NO FOOD IS PERMITTED.

  • Required waivers must be completed before participating.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Soccer Glow Kingdom is a cashless facility.

🎉 PARTY RULES

⏰ ARRIVAL & SETUP

  • Hosts may arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled party start time for entry and setup.

  • Party time begins at the scheduled start time.

  • Please ensure the facility is completely cleared by the end of your scheduled event time.

👧 CHILDREN

  • Children 3 and under are free of charge and do not count toward the package's included child total.

  • Children must be supervised by their parent/guardian or responsible adult.

  • Appropriate running shoes are required for children participating in activities.

🎈 PARTY DECORATIONS

  • Centerpieces must remain on their assigned tables.

  • Centerpieces may not be moved or relocated.

  • A $75 charge per broken centerpiece will apply.

  • No drawing, colouring, painting, or similar art supplies are permitted inside the facility.

⚽ ACTIVITIES

  • No ball playing in the Gaming Lounge or Party Room.

  • Guests must follow all activity and equipment instructions provided by staff.

  • No entering the holes of the soccer pool table.

👨‍👩‍👧 SPLIT PARTIES

  • Split parties are not permitted, except when the guests are siblings.

🧹 CLEANING & DAMAGE POLICY

We ask all guests to leave the facility in the same condition in which they found it.

A $250 cleaning/damage fee may be charged if the facility is left in a disorderly condition or excessive mess is created.

Additional charges may apply for damaged facility equipment, furniture, decorations, or other property.

💳 PAYMENT & BOOKING POLICY

  • Cashless facility

  • Payments and required waivers must be completed before the rental or party.

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Bookings are subject to availability and facility policies.

🚨 ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

Soccer Glow Kingdom has a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY for inappropriate or aggressive behaviour toward our staff or guests.

The following will not be tolerated:

  • Swearing or abusive language directed toward staff

  • Threats or intimidation

  • Fighting or physical violence

  • Harassment

  • Aggressive or disrespectful behaviour

VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY MAY RESULT IN:

Immediate termination of your event without a refund.

Guests may also be:

  • Removed from the facility

  • Banned from the facility

  • Prohibited from making future bookings

Our staff has the right to take immediate action when necessary to protect the safety and well-being of our guests and team.
